Apple Walnut Salad
Ingredients
For Salad:
- Apples – 2 large (cubed, with skin)
- Grapes – 1 cup (cut & deseeded)
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Honey – 1–1½ tsp
For Dressing:
- Cashews – ¼ cup (35g)
- Paneer – 75g (cubed)
- Milk – 2–3 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 small lemon
Additional:
Basil leaves – 5–6
Method:
- In a bowl, combine apples and grapes. Add salt, black pepper, honey, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- For the dressing, boil cashews for 5 mins. Blend them with paneer, milk, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add chopped walnuts to the apple-grape mixture.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix gently.
- Garnish with basil.
Serve fresh and enjoy!
