Oats Chole Khichdi
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp jeera
- 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli (all chopped)
- Salt, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp chole masala, 2 tsp amchur
- 1 cup boiled chole, 1 cup instant oats, 2 cups water, fresh coriander
Method:
- Heat ghee, add jeera & sauté onion 2-3 mins.
- Add tomato, chilli, salt; cook till soft.
- Add spices + splash water; cook 4-5 mins.
- Add chole & water; boil.
- Stir in oats; cook 3-4 mins till creamy.
- Garnish & serve hot.
