Chilli Garlic Eggs
Ingredients:
- 3 whole eggs
- Salt (to taste)
- Red pepper
- White pepper
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- Chili flakes
- Butter (small amount)
- Oats flour
- Milk
- Chopped garlic
- Fresh coriander leaves
Method:
- Break 3 eggs → add salt, red pepper and black pepper → blend well with a blender till fluffy.
- Heat a little butter in a pan → pour the seasoned fluffy eggs → cook till golden brown → transfer to a bowl.
- In a separate pan, add butter + chopped garlic → sauté → add oats flour + milk → white pepper → black pepper, stir into a smooth sauce.
- Season sauce with oregano, chili flakes and coriander.
- Add the cooked eggs into the sauce → drizzle chili oil → garnish with coriander.
Chili Oil Recipe:
- Heat olive oil in a small tadka pan.
- Add paprika powder + chili flakes.
- Let it infuse → chili oil is ready!
