Brownie
Ingredients:
- 60g Oats
- 1.5 Small Bananas
- 15g Cocoa Powder
- ¾ tsp Baking Powder
- 120ml Milk
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender → make a smooth batter.
- Transfer batter to baking cups or moulds & top with dark chocolate chips (optional).
- Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 15-20mins (or until fully baked).
- Serve warm & enjoy guilt-free!
