High Protein Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 red bell pepper
- ½ cup paneer
- 5-6 soaked cashews
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Roast or grill the red bell pepper until soft and slightly charred.
- In a blender, add roasted bell pepper, paneer, soak cashews, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust salt and spice as needed.
- Serve chilled with veggie sticks, crackers, or toast!
Storage Tip:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
