High Protein Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ cup paneer
  • 5-6 soaked cashews
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast or grill the red bell pepper until soft and slightly charred.
  2. In a blender, add roasted bell pepper, paneer, soak cashews, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust salt and spice as needed.
  5. Serve chilled with veggie sticks, crackers, or toast!

Storage Tip:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
