⁠Carrot Sheera

Servings: 6 | Calories: ~270–275 kcal

Ingredients:

  • 2 Carrots
  • 4 Cashews
  • 5 Almonds
  • 6 Dates
  • Saffron
  • 3 Cardamom
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Water

Method:

  1. Peel soaked almonds &cardamom
  2. Pressure cook all with 1–2 cups water (4–5 whistles)
  3. Blend smooth
  4. Give it a boil, adjust water if needed & cook again for 2–3 mins
  5. Serve hot

Best time: Morning or evening (chai replacement)
