Carrot Sheera

Ingredients:
- 2 Carrots
- 4 Cashews
- 5 Almonds
- 6 Dates
- Saffron
- 3 Cardamom
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- Pinch of pepper
- Water
Method:
- Peel soaked almonds &cardamom
- Pressure cook all with 1–2 cups water (4–5 whistles)
- Blend smooth
- Give it a boil, adjust water if needed & cook again for 2–3 mins
- Serve hot
Best time: Morning or evening (chai replacement)
