Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tsp Amla powder
  • 1 tsp Neem powder
  • 1 tsp Triphala powder
  • 1 tsp Moringa powder
  • 2-3 inch Dhaga Mishri (ground)

Method

  1. Grind everything into a fine mix
  2. Add 2 tsp lukewarm ghee / edible coconut oil (vegan option)
  3. Make a soft dough
  4. Shape into small balls or freeze in a mold
Pro tip – Coat them with white + black sesame seeds at the base & on top for extra mineral boost
Take consistently for 3-4 weeks & watch the difference
