Ingredients

  • 150g dried red lentils (soaked 2 hrs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20g psyllium husk

Method

  1. Soak lentils 2 hrs → drain & rinse
  2. Blend lentils + oil + yoghurt + spices → thick batter
  3. Add baking powder + psyllium → mix
  4. Shape 1 bun (wet hands)
  5. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 mins & Done.
  6. How to use (important) – Best for breakfast / lunch
  7. Pair with paneer / eggs / hummus → makes it a complete meal
  8. Don’t eat like regular bread (portion matters)
