Egg Roll

Ingredients:

  • Egg whites – 3
  • Chopped onion – 1 medium
  • Chopped tomato – 1 medium
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
  • Pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp
  • Salt – to  taste
  • Oil – 1/2 tbsp

Method:

  • Beat egg whites well, add salt and mix well.
  • Make one omelet and once cooked completely, keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add onions. Sauté until it becomes translucent.
  • Add tomato and sauté for a min. Add pepper powder and turmeric powder, salt, and sauté for a min.
  • Finally, add this mixture into the thin omelet and roll it properly, serve hot!
