Low Cal. Muesli With Seeds & Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats or quick oats
  • 1/2 cup low cal muesli
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds i.e. sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds etc.
  • 1/2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Any 1 fruit of your choice i.e. berries, banana, apple, pomegranate, papaya 9. 1 to 1-1/2 tbsps chopped nuts – almonds, walnuts or raisins.

Method:

  • Combine oats, muesli, seeds, cinnamon, and curd in a large bowl/container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to eat, add fresh chopped fruit of your choice.
