Kadi patta Paneer
Ingredients
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp jeera
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 5-6 dry red chillies
- Curry leaves (as much as you like
- 1 tbsp urad dal
- 1 tsp salt
- 20g ghee
- 500 g paneer
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, jeera, coriander seeds, black pepper & dry red chillies.
- Toss in urad dal & curry leaves, let them crackle & turn aromatic.
- Add salt and mix in fresh paneer cubes.
- Sauté till paneer absorbs all flavours and gets a golden edge.
- Serve hot with roti, rice or enjoy as a protein snack
