Mushroom and Broccoli Sautéed

Ingredients:

  • Button Mushrooms, Wiped With A Wet Cloth
  • Broccoli, Cut Into Small Flowerets
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Lemon Juice To Taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Oil

Method:

  • Bring some water to boil; add the broccoli to it. Bring to the boil again, on high flame.
  • Drain and rinse the broccoli in cool running water. Leave in the colander to drain out the water.
  • Just before serving, mix together the mushroom, broccoli, oil and black pepper, over high heat.
  • Serve hot garnished with lemon juice.
