- Button Mushrooms, Wiped With A Wet Cloth
- Broccoli, Cut Into Small Flowerets
- Black Pepper Powder
- Lemon Juice To Taste
- Herbs to taste
- Bring some water to boil; add the broccoli to it. Bring to the boil again, on high flame.
- Drain and rinse the broccoli in cool running water. Leave in the colander to drain out the water.
- Just before serving, mix together the mushroom, broccoli, oil and black pepper, over high heat.
- Serve hot garnished with lemon juice.
