Oats/Sprouts Paneer Tikki

Ingredients:

  • Half cup oats/steamed sprouts
  • 50 grams paneer
  • Half boiled potato
  • Few mint & coriander leaves
  • 1 medium size carrot (grated)
  • 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp seasame seeds
  • Half tsp jeera
  • Salt & red chilli as per taste
  • Half lemon (optional)


While Cooking:

  • Oil To Brush The Pan

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a mixture
  • Give them a shape of tikki
  • Place the tikki on the pan and roast till it turns hash brown.
  • Serve hot.
