Steamed Egg Idli

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • Veggies (Tomato, carrots, beans, capsicum, cabbage or lettuce)
  • Onion Chopped 1 Small
  • Green Capsicum Sliced Thinly 1/2 Medium
  • Fresh Red Chillies Crushed 1 tbsp.
  • Salt to Taste

Method:

  • Take one microwave proof bowl (katori) or Idli mold.
  • Break all the eggs into bowl, whisk them and sprinkle salt, crushed red chillies, and add veggies toit.
  • Or add veggies in the bowl and pour the whisked egg mixture on the top of the veggies.
  • Sprinkles some more crushed red chillies and keep the bowl in the microwave and cook, uncovered, on Microwave MEDIUM (60%) for two minutes.
  • Serve hot.
