Vegetable Paneer Kababs

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams paneer
  • Vegetables (grated carrots, boiled peas, finaly chopped capsicum)
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1 tbsp of ginger, garlic, green chilli paste
  • 2-3 tbsp rice flour/suji
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water (only if required)

While Cooking:

  • Ghee – to shallow fry the kababs/tawa roast

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add crumbled paneer.
  • Then add all the veggies, green chilli ginger & garlic paste, rice flour/suji, salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder & mix it well.
  • If required, you can add little water.
  • Make small kababs & shallow fry them on a pan with little ghee. Or roasted on tawa.
  • Cook them well on both sides till they get golden brown.
  • Serve it hot with mint chutney & enjoy.
