Vegetable Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Roti – 2
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds/jeera – 1/2 tbsp
  • Spring onion – 1 chopped finely
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Mixed veggies – 1.5 cups sliced thinly
  • Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder –1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan, crackle in some cumin seeds.
  • Add in spring onion and saute for a min. Add in ginger garlic paste and cook for a min.
  • Add in veggies and toss well. Cook this for 5 to 6 mins. Add in spice powders and mix well.
  • Now, the filling is done. Now take your roti, spoon some filling in and roll it, secure it with a foil.
  • Serve hot.
