Ingredients: 2 cup diced cucumber, 1/2 cup yellow moong dal , 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, crushed

Ingredients: 1 cup curd (yogurt), 2 tbsp milk, 1/2 cup makhana /foxnut/lotus seed

Makhana Kheer

Intructions: 1-1/2 cups makhana/ foxnuts, 1 tbsp ghee, 1/2 tbsp cardamom, 2 cups milk, Powder Jaggery (as per taste)

Makhana Chaat

Intructions: 1 or 1-1/2 cup makhana (roasted), 1 tbsp ghee, 2 tbsp onions, 2 tbsp tomatoes, 2 tbsp cucumbers, 2 tbsp pomegranates, Salt to taste

Khakhra Chaat Recipe

Ingredients: 1 homemade whole wheat khakhra, 1 tbsp. Green chutney (coriander & mint)
