Ingredients: 4 medium sized tomatoes, 150 g low fat paneer (cottage cheese), 1 tbsp of refined oil, 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp amchur powder

Ingredients: 20 gm Buckwheat flour or kuttu ka Atta, 1 grated Radish, 1 tbsp of yoghurt, Water, Salt or Sendha salt, Green chillies Method: Make a batter by mixing buckwheat flour with water and yoghurt.

Ingredients: 1 cup sabudana, 1 small to medium size potatoes, 8-10 curry leaves/kadi patta (optional), 1 tsp grated ginger (optional), 1 green chili chopped
